we have to remember that john 3 early part is a conversation with Nicodemus, a ruler of jews and a master of Israel.
read Hebrews 1:2, then Isaiah 45:17 then acts 13:23 then Matthew 10:5 then Matthew 15:24.
our Lord did not change his Father’s mission. he is consistent. no contradiction in christ.
